“This is my first winter in this house so I had a feeling something was bound to happen.. tada morning of 3/14 woke up to 56° and zero heat coming out the vents. I tried to reboot and recalibrate my thermostat to no avail. I texted my neighbor asking if they had a trusted HVAC company they used and ‘MD Repair is great!’ was their reply. I called around 12:00pm and they were at my house by 2pm. Diagnosed the problem almost immediately. Went to get the parts to replace. They had it done in less than 20min. My furnace went out on a Friday night and when I woke up the next morning it was 39 degrees in my house! I called MD and they answered even though they were closed. I was on the phone with them for 20 minutes and by the end of the conversation they had figured out what was wrong with my furnace. They got some information for me and they went above and beyond to find out I had a warranty. They ordered the part for me and it was delivered to their office late Monday afternoon when it was time for them to go home. Instead of doing that, they knew the next day was supposed to be the coldest in the last couple weeks, so they decided to go out to my house anyway and make sure they got my furnace fixed! When they showed up, they were very professional and kind. They went in and did the work quickly and the furnace was working as good as ever. 5 out of 5 and I will for sure be a repeat customer when the time comes! Highly recommend!

"Our furnace that was installed about 3 yrs ago by MD Repair went out yesterday during the middle of an ice storm. We called and reported the issue to Angela who was great to talk to. Bob called us back and helped us trouble shoot the problem to determine it was a blower fan malfunction. Unfortunately, they could not get out in the storm to fix it yesterday. Early today, Mike contacted us and was able to come out mid-morning. He quickly identified the problem, was able to go pick up the parts, and got the blower fan repaired. All was covered under the York 10 year parts and labor warranty at no charge to us.
We really appreciated the fast response and great service provided by MD Repair despite the bad weather. We were without heat for only about 24 hrs.

"We have been using MD Repair for our HVAC issues since we bought our house in 2003. They have ALWAYS been courteous, honest, capable and responsive. This year, our AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year so far, and even though they were super busy with calls, they made the effort to get out to our house that very day. There is zero sales pressure from these guys. They tell you exactly what is wrong and give you options for repair and replace if necessary. We opted for repairs on our AC and the very next day, they again made the effort to get the air up and going again. With a newborn and a 3 year old in the house, this was wonderful to have repairs done so quickly. The following day, they called to make sure everything was working well and to let us know that they caught a billing error and would be sending out a refund that day.
