M.D. Repair installed new furnace and a.c. in half a day and did a fantastic job. They also built in a slot for the furnace filter so we do not have to take furnace cover off to change. They even checked our existing humidifier to make sure it worked with new system.

My furnace went out on a Friday night and when I woke up the next morning it was 39 degrees in my house! I called MD and they answered even though they were closed. I was on the phone with them for 20 minutes and by the end of the conversation they had figured out what was wrong with my furnace. They got some information for me and they went above and beyond to find out I had a warranty. They ordered the part for me and it was delivered to their office late Monday afternoon when it was time for them to go home. Instead of doing that, they knew the next day was supposed to be the coldest in the last couple weeks, so they decided to go out to my house anyway and make sure they got my furnace fixed! When they showed up, they were very professional and kind. They went in and did the work quickly and the furnace was working as good as ever. 5 out of 5 and I will for sure be a repeat customer when the time comes! Highly recommend!

Our furnace that was installed about 3 yrs ago by MD Repair went out yesterday during the middle of an ice storm. We called and reported the issue to Angela who was great to talk to. Bob called us back and helped us trouble shoot the problem to determine it was a blower fan malfunction. Unfortunately, they could not get out in the storm to fix it yesterday. Early today, Mike contacted us and was able to come out mid-morning. He quickly identified the problem, was able to go pick up the parts, and got the blower fan repaired. All was covered under the York 10 year parts and labor warranty at no charge to us.
We really appreciated the fast response and great service provided by MD Repair despite the bad weather. We were without heat for only about 24 hrs.

I called MD Repair when my furnace went out just after switching over to heat. We had Mike come out who was very polite, professional and was a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately my old furnace was just too old and couldn’t be repaired anymore. Mike gave me a fair price for a new unit and have gone out of their way to get the new unit installed asap as we are now moving into colder weather. Spoke to Mickie and Angela at the office and both were super nice! Will definitely be using MD Repair for all my HVAC needs, would recommend to anyone.
