Just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for M.D. Repair getting someone out to fix our AC so quickly.
Jacob was very professional, efficient, and thorough in checking out our AC and getting us back up and running. He was right on time and called when he was on his way so I wasn’t guessing all day. He even helped educate us on what to look for and how to properly maintain our hvac systems. Will definitely call back next time we need our heating/cooling systems checked.

Our air conditioner went out at our home during the middle of the summer this year. We have a baby and expressed the urgency of our new install. We really needed a company to come through for us. MD Repair somehow fit us into the schedule to get our entire unit replaced (it was 17 years old..) within 48 hours. The pricing was great, because instead of them quoting low and finishing higher, they were honest and I ended up paying exactly what I was quoted. Then I just started getting checks in the mail because MD Repair handled the rebates for me. The guys that did the work were polite, and professional.. and even kept it quiet during nap time. Unreal service. It’s so hard to find these days. I’ll never call anyone else for my HVAC needs!

For the first time in 22 years our house, which is a tri level is nice and cool, even on the hottest days. I want to thank MD Repair for putting in a new A/C unit, as well as a new furnace. Our furnace was 30 years old and our A/C was 20 yrs old. The crew were on time, very polite and very professional. We received top quality and very fair pricing. I just want to say THANK YOU! Our house was one of many that lost power late Saturday night and when the power finally came back on the air did not. Called Monday to get a scheduled service, thinking this could take a while… Nope, came Tuesday to fix the problem. NOT try to sell me something I don’t need. Mike was more than just friendly, he taught me something about the system that I should have known before. Not only do I feel better with the air on but feel more prepared.
