We have been using MD Repair for our HVAC issues since we bought our house in 2003. They have ALWAYS been courteous, honest, capable and responsive. This year, our AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year so far, and even though they were super busy with calls, they made the effort to get out to our house that very day. There is zero sales pressure from these guys. They tell you exactly what is wrong and give you options for repair and replace if necessary. We opted for repairs on our AC and the very next day, they again made the effort to get the air up and going again. With a newborn and a 3 year old in the house, this was wonderful to have repairs done so quickly. The following day, they called to make sure everything was working well and to let us know that they caught a billing error and would be sending out a refund that day. Our air conditioner went out at our home during the middle of the summer this year. We have a baby and expressed the urgency of our new install. We really needed a company to come through for us. MD Repair somehow fit us into the schedule to get our entire unit replaced (it was 17 years old..) within 48 hours. The pricing was great, because instead of them quoting low and finishing higher, they were honest and I ended up paying exactly what I was quoted. Then I just started getting checks in the mail because MD Repair handled the rebates for me. The guys that did the work were polite, and professional.. and even kept it quiet during nap time. Unreal service. It’s so hard to find these days. I’ll never call anyone else for my HVAC needs!
